The Durban University of Technology (DUT) online applications for the 2025 academic year, are now available for individuals interested in pursuing new undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications. DUT Online Application Closing Dates

Below are the closing dates for the various programmes at DUT

  • Bachelor of Health Sciences in Chiropractic closes on 15 August 2024
  • B Health Science: Diagnostic Radiography closes on 31 August 2024
  • B Health Science: Radiography Sonography closes on 31 August 2024
  • B Health Science: Radiography Therapy and Oncology closes on 31 August 2024

Applications for all other programmes will close on 30 September.

Documents Required to Apply to DUT for 2025

FOR SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS

For every South Africa citizen who would want to be a part of DUT by 2025, here is the list of the documents you need to get ready in order have a successful online application.

  1. Certified copy of Identification Documents (ID)
  2. Certified copy of your final Grade 11 results or your National Senior/Matric/ IEB Certificate (if you have already completed Grade 12).
  3. An Email Address
  4. Cell phone number

FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

  1. Copy of home country passport (valid and not expired)
  2. A Copy of previous School qualification
  3. Copy of applicant’s tertiary academic qualification (if applicable)
  4. English proficiency
  5. South African study permit

DUT Application Fee 2025

The Durban University of Technology (DUT) requires all its applicants to pay an application fee before applying. The amount you are subject to pay is dependent on whether you are a South African or not, so if you are an International student, you will pay a fee of R300, but if you are South African enrolling to DUT through the Central Applications Office (CAO), you will pay a non-refundable fee of R250.

NOTE: You should visit the schools website @dut.ac.za to verify if the application fee has changed or not.
