TUT Online Application 2025

Online applications to Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) for the 2025 academic year, are now available for all individuals who is interested in pursuing new undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications. The application window for TUT runs from April 4th to September 30th 2024. All applicants, regardless of nationality or language, are encouraged to apply. Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) is a higher education institution in South Africa that came into being through a merger of three technikons — Technikon Northern Gauteng, Technikon North-West and Technikon Pretoria. The university occupies nine campuses.

TUT Online Application Closing Dates

Online applications to Tshwane University of Technology are still ongoing but the deadline for all applications has been made known to every prospective students. The TUT closing date for application 2025 will be closing at TUT on 30 September for most courses and 15 June and 31 July for select programmes. TUT Online Application Requirements

Every applicant who’s is applying to Tshwan University (TUT) for the 2025 academic year is expected to submit a complete online application or a fully completed application form. While submitting your applications, you should include the following documents;

  1. Recently certified (certification may not be not older than one year) copies of your original ID
  2. A National Senior Certificate and/or highest academic results
  3. An online application or administration fee of R240

The documents below are also needed:

  1. Your South African ID number OR
  2. your passport number (if you are an international student)
  3. An active cellphone number and email address

TUT Application Fee

It is expected of every student by the management of Tshwane University of Technology to pay a non-refundable fee of R240 for the application. You are expected to deposit the application fee at ABSA BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER: 04 000 0003. In the Reference column, please fill in your identity number. Do not use this account number for any further payments. Make sure you make this payment ONLY when the applications are open and you want to apply.

TUT Online Application Process

To apply to Tshwane University of Technology, make sure to follow the procedure below so as to land yourself a successful online application:

  1. Click on the link below
  2. https://tutprodi4ie.tut.ac.za/pls/prodi41/w99pkg.mi_login (use student number and pin)
  3. Go to Certificate Seen
  4. Click on Load/View Documents of the specific document, e.g. ID Document
  5. Click on Upload Documents on the pop-up menu
  6. Click on Browse and search for your document on your computer
  7. Click on Save
  8. Your document has been uploaded

Please make sure that you do not upload any document more than once.
