UWC online application closing dates
Online applications at UWC for the 2025 academic year opens on 2nd of April and it remains open up until 30th of September. below are the various closing dates for various departments.
- Applications for the Bachelor of Dentistry and Oral Health, as well as postgraduate degrees in the School of Government, close on 31 August 2024.
- Applications for BA Honours in Sport Recreation and Exercise Science, BA Honours in Biokinetics, and BSc Honours in Biokinetics close on 31 July 2024.

UWC online applications for 2025 is totally free as there are no application fees to be paid for a successful application. Below are the step by step processes required for the completion of your online application:
- Go to the schools application portal by clicking on student.uwc.ac.za
- Create an application profile ( If you are a current matriculant you must select “Undergraduate
Programme’’) - complete your online application by uploading the necessary documents
- make sure your email address and cell number are correct as UWC will communicate you via these medias
- Please note that your application will not be complete until you have entered “ACCEPT” after the Terms and Conditions section.
